INDICATIONS:

All fungal skin infections due to dermatophytes, yeasts, moulds and other fungi.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

It should be applied to skin lesions in the morning and evening. Treatment should be continued for two weeks after the lesions have cleared.

It should be applied to the affected skin area in the morning and in the evening and rub in gently.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Econazole nitrate and tiamcinolone acetonide combination is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation. Topical corticosteroids preparations are contra-indicated in the treatment of herpes simplex, vaccine or varicella.

PRECAUTIONS:

Hypersensitivity has rarely been recorded. If something like this occurs, administration of this product should be discontinued. The infected area should be kept clean and dry during treatment.

WARNINGS:

Avoid prolonged applications to thin skin and to the face. Ecoren® VT Not for oral use. Consult medical practitioner if there is abdominal pain, fever or foul-smelling vaginal discharge before or during the use of this medication. It should not be used in girls under 12 years of age.
